Whether BOJ moves in March or April doesn't shift the investment opportunity in Japan

Stefanie Holtze-Jen of Deutsche Bank Private Bank says that in the medium or longer term, it doesn't matter "too much" whether the Bank of Japan chooses to raise interest rates in March or April as the move is "well anticipated" and "not a very big move" in absolute figures.
